With a background in property management and a passion for ethical business, James co-founded FOBEA to offer a lean alternative to the status quo. He oversees strategic growth, championing transparency and innovation at every turn.

Born Out of Lean Thinking & Local Expertise
FOBEA was founded to truly challenge the status quo in property management - by keeping overheads low and relationships high.
When our Managing Director, James, noticed how traditional estate agencies whom pay substantial fees for their high street commercial leases, this cost was passed on to landlords with hefty fees and outdated practices - he saw an opportunity...
Together with his brother, Matt, they set out to prove that a truly lean estate agency could offer top-tier service at a fraction of the cost.
